Funky, Fun, Fine Art Engagement Pictures in Denver

When the day finally came around for Rachel & Brandon’s engagement session, it was as windy as could be!  We briefly considered postponing but thankfully didn’t and ended up with some amazing engagement pictures around Denver.  My assistant and I headed downtown early that evening to find some indoor & wind-resistant locations, which worked out perfectly for the photo shoot.  We made use of a parking garage, hotel lobbies, doorways, and any other wind-proof spots we found along the way.  Brandon works at Limelight in the Performing Arts Complex and was able to get us inside for some fun pictures at the bar, and then we moved around some tables in the restaurant to get this artsy picture below of their reflection.

We found lots of indoor locations downtown for their engagement pictures on this windy day

Rachel & Brandon are from New Mexico and recently came to Denver to start their lives together.  I delivered their engagement book before I left for a weekend road trip to Santa Fe, NM and it was great to hear about their favorite Santa Fe spots and love for New Mexico.  And I must agree – what a fabulous place, pictures of that trip to come!
I’m excited to be documenting Rachel & Brandon’s wedding at Grant Humphrey Mansion this fall in Denver, Colorado.
