I have been getting a lot of inquires lately from women wanting me to do their maternity pictures. Some are former brides whose weddings I photographed in the past, others are couples just wanting to capture the miracle of this unique time in their lives. So its prompted me to update my maternity portrait portfolio and in doing so I came across these beautiful photos I took a few years ago, yet never blogged or shared online. Mike & Molly’s baby is going to turn 3 this month, and last year they moved from Colorado to the warm beaches of Hawaii. Their son may not remember living in Colorado when he’s older, but one day these pictures will help him understand where he came from and where he spent the first couple years of his life.

Mike & Molly met in college at CU in Boulder and got married years later at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, so they will always have a special place in their hearts for the Rocky Mountains. They knew the Boulder area much better then me, so they had the perfect spots picked out overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the mountain range, along with a more private field we could easily get away with the more revealing pictures.
