Just for fun I convinced Julie & Brandon to jump into one of the boats for a few picture on the water. We didn’t have any oars so couldn’t really go anywhere, but it was still fun, and thankfully no one fell in.

Julie & Brandon first became friends playing on the same intramural sports team. Over time their friendship blossomed into a much deeper love and appreciation for each other. They still play on the same sports teams- softball, kickball, and bowling. Julie & Brandon clearly love to have fun and laugh together, a perfect recipe for a long loving, and fun marriage.

We stuck around hoping for an amazing Colorado sunset. The clouds and the sky seemed like they were going to be just right for one of those dramatic colorful skies. But unfortunately as our luck would have it we were wrong. The sun quickly set without any vibrant pinks or blues…nothing but a dull grey sky. Things don’t always work out the way you want it, but thankfully these two are so beautiful together they don’t need a colorful sunset to make a stunning picture. Looking forward to documenting their upcoming Denver wedding this fall!
